Money Back Guarantee

The Insulation Man offers a fully limited money back guarantee and is described as follows:

The Insulation Man must be granted 14 business days and three attempts to resolve any complaint as described below.

1) Customer must notify The Insulation Man by certified letter that they are having a specific problem or concern within 7 days of work completion. The letter must describe the issue in detail and include what the customer specifically is not happy with and what they would like to see repaired. The Insulation Man will be granted 14 business days to fix or resolve complaint. The 14 day period will begin on the day the first certified letter is received.

2) Customer must allow The Insulation Man access to the property at The Insulation Man's earliest opportunity to fix or resolve complaint. If access is not granted the guarantee is null and void.

3) If after first attempt if the problem has not been to the customers liking then a second certified letter must be sent by customer to The Insulation Man within 48 hours of the attempt to repair or fix indicating the problem has not been resolved to their satisfaction.The letter must describe the issue in detail and include what the customer specifically is not happy with and what they would like to see repaired

4) After the second certified letter has been received The Insulation Man must be granted access to the property at their earliest opportunity to attempt to repair a second time.  If access to the property is not granted the guarantee will be null and void. 

5) If after second attempt to repair or resolve complaint the customer still is not satisfied with the work performed , the customer must send a third certified letter indicating such within 24 hours of second attempt to repair or resolve complaint.The letter must describe the issue in detail and include what the customer specifically is not happy with and what they would like to see repaired

6) After third certified letter is received The Insulation Man will be granted access a third time to the property to repair or resolve complaint. If access to the property is not granted the guarantee will be null and void. 

7) If after the third attempt to repair or resolve complaint, the customer is still not satisfied with work performed all monies will be refunded to the customer granted each and all of the above steps have been followed by the customer.

 


Mediation Preceding Arbitration

If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. If they do not reach such solution within a period of 60 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the provisions of its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
